Andrea Story
Andrea Garcia is a dedicated paralegal with over 15 years of experience in the legal field, having started her career in 2008. She is passionate about her work, driven by a deep commitment to helping others navigate the complexities of the legal system. Andrea quickly fell in love with the day-to-day challenges and rewards of being a paralegal. Her enthusiasm for her role and the impact she can have on clients’ lives has only grown over the years.
Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Andrea is a true Colorado native who takes pride in her roots. Her connection to the local community is strong, and she enjoys giving back through various community initiatives. Outside of her professional life, Andrea is a devoted mother of three. Balancing her demanding career with family life, she finds joy and fulfillment in raising her children alongside her supportive and loving husband, to whom she has been happily married for five years.
Andrea is also an avid sports fan. The hometown teams are among her favorite teams. During football season you will often find her watching football on Sundays. She watches with a particular passion for the San Francisco 49ers. Her love for the game is something she eagerly shares with her family, often gathering together to cheer on their favorite team.
In addition to her legal career and family life, Andrea has a creative side that she expresses through her love of makeup. She enjoys experimenting with new looks and techniques, finding it to be a fun and artistic outlet.

1. Why did you decide to work at FWI?
As a paralegal that has worked in the personal injury world for some time my life has been greatly enriched by my role at FWI, a close-knit firm where the staff’s shared passion for their work has reignited my own dedication. I value the sense of community and collaboration at FWI, which makes it more than just a workplace.
2. What do you value most about being a personal injury paralegal?
As a personal injury paralegal I value the relationships I am able to build with clients. I enjoy being part of their healing journey and being someone they can lean on. Many times clients have become friends and I have been able to celebrate their successes, accomplishments and joyful moments.
